Oven (Recommended) - Warm oven to 350 degrees and put the cookies in for 5 minutes.

Microwave - Microwave on Medium Power for 15 seconds.

Refund, Exchange, or Return Policies:

Due to the perishable nature of our products and the inability to control how they are transported and stored once delivered to the customer, Alma Baking House does not accept exchanges or returns. All sales are final.

Cancellations or Modifications:

To cancel or modify an order, please contact us through the Contact section. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and provide a positive experience with Alma Baking House.

For arranging pick-up on a different day and time, please reach out to almabakinghouse@gmail.com to discuss viable options for both parties.

Orders not picked up at the agreed-upon date and time are not eligible for refunds or store credit for a new order.

Shipping Days and Policies:

Shipments are made every Monday via UPS exclusively within the USA.

Alma Baking House is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We are also not liable for packages marked as "delivered" but subsequently lost.

Shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment.

Shipping charges will not be refunded for delays caused by closed locations and/or denied access to the delivery site.

Estimated delivery times do not account for unforeseen weather delays that may impact shipping and arrival dates.

Alma Baking House is not liable for delivery delays resulting from the high volume experienced by shipping companies.
